When I tried to log in to MySQL I get these two errors:
ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'db_SergioTC'
ERROR 1045 (28000): Acces denied for user 'SergioTC'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Go ahead and type mysql it should give your access to DB. From there you can create your own tables (not DB) and insert/update your tables.
