I can log into webminal but when i use the same username and passcode to log into terminal it shows login incorrect message… My username is " itsmearka "

From the uploaded image I can see you are using “itsmearka” but on your right hand site, it shows username in case-sensitve manner as Itsmearka (not itsmearka). Please try again with Itsmearka
