403 Forbidden nginx/1 .20.1 - Cannot access Terminal

Hello, I cannot access the Webminal Terminal. I get “403 Forbidden nginx/1.20.1” after logging in. I tried the reconnect button and Chrome Incognito, but the same error appears. Please check my terminal service.

Hi all, I’m also getting a 403 Forbidden every time I try to access the terminal, tried different computers, browsers, incognito mode etc. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Have a good one!

Hello Webminal Support,

I reported this issue 6 days ago, but the 403 Forbidden error is still occurring today. I also tried Chrome Incognito mode, but the same error appears.

Please check my terminal service and help me resolve this issue.

Hello, I am also experiencing the same issue. My Webminal terminal shows “403 Forbidden nginx/1.20.1” immediately when I open it. I tried reconnecting, refreshing the page, logging out and back in, but nothing worked. Could you please check my terminal service?

Thanks for the report, sorry about the issue went unnoticed, in my defense :stuck_out_tongue: , I did check users are logged into the system during this period. But didnt realize users are logged in via try new our new terminal rather than classic terminal. The issue was related to classic.

Just for future readers: you can still access the terminal via try new which should point to Webminal — Register
