Error in wmsudo

Hello, when i run the wmsudo, i will get this error. Please help me.

Your wmsudo access is active now. please login and type wmsudo to launch C platform. To Leave the platform type poweroff . If you face issues during launch type pkill -u your-username then check again.

Have you tried running above pkill command?
