I’d like to follow along the terminal lessons, but I would prefer to just read the lesson pages and use my own terminal. Is there something like a pdf where I can read through these pages?

Sure, You can download the lesson in markdown format from our Github repo There are lot of online and off-line tools available to convert .md to .pdf , you can use them.
Also feel free to send us pull request for any typos or improvements on the tutorials. Thanks!
