Login not working

Hey Laks,

Thanks for your reply,

I tried, however it says login incorrect. I typed the right password and I am unable to figure out where I am going wrong. I used the same credentials as I used to login into webminal account.

Are you sure about the password? Terminal password is case-sensitive.
while website password is not case-sensitive.

i am also having the same problem, i typed the password correctly, but it is saying login incorrect.
