I am unable to login to MySQL using the script below when in terminal. The following error message displays:

ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql
/mysql.sock’ (2)
The platform getting revamped, sudo access will be available in a month or so.
