Hi, I also get that message and a permissions issue when I type the full command.

[pcalabro@server-1 ~]$mysql
ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database ‘db_pcalabro’
[pcalabro@server-1 ~]$mysql -u pcalabro -p
