I am using login as Talbyer and password which I am using to login into Webminal

Please check with username talbyer not Talbyer . I can see your account on our server.

Are you entering case-sensitive password? If that didn’t work too: Please reset your password using Reset Password

I am unable to login into the terminal, tried several times over 1 hour.
The terminal reply is “login incorrect”.
I logged in and out several times and used the exact same username and password.
