I couldn’t launch gnuplot on webminal.
There is error:
QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
qt.qpa.screen: QXcbConnection: Could not connect to display
Could not connect to any X display.

Unfortunately, the answer is no, you can’t use it because it says Could not connect to any X display. There is no X windows with Webminal Root.
Its possible with Webminal Root Desktop feature.
